If the motorbike is damaged during the rental period, the client agrees to cover the full cost of repairs. This includes replacement of damaged parts and labor required to restore the motorbike to its original condition.

• whether it exceeds normal wear and tear
• the extent of the damage

• Full payment is required before the rental begins. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer to a Vietnamese bank account.
• If the rental service becomes unavailable during the agreed rental period due to circumstances beyond our control (such as theft, fire, natural disasters, or damage caused under a previous rental), Motorbike Rental will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative motorbike.
• If no suitable alternative can be provided, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, minus any reasonable costs already incurred in relation to the booking.
• No refunds are provided for early returns, late pickups, no-shows, or changes of mind.
